Living room - original granite fireplace with wood burning stove, comfortable sofa seating, flat screen TV (with Freeview), DVD player, CD/radio and a selection of DVDs and games, with views of front garden.
Hallway - accessed from both dining room and living room with door to porch and front garden.
Upstairs Stairs from hallway to a small landing;
Main bedroom - spacious with double bed, rural and sea views, and en-suite shower room with large 'walk in' glass enclosure, electric shower, hand basin, WC.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds and also has views to the coast.
Bedroom 3 - bunk beds (3ft) and views over the cricket pitch to the rear of the property.
Family bathroom - bath with electric shower over, hand basin, WC, airing cupboard and shaver point.
Front garden - fully enclosed (walls minimum height 3 feet), lawned with flower beds and shrubs, garden furniture, gate leading to Cape Cornwall Road.

Dogs welcome House-trained dogs are welcome at no additional charge. Please make sure that their vaccinations, flea and worming protection is up to date. Dogs may not be left alone in the property and please do not allow a lot of barking which may disturb our neighbours. We regret that we cannot accept cats.
Full oil fired central heating with timer which also provides hot water. Electricity and central heating oil are included. A starter pack of logs for the fire is provided - more can be purchased locally.
All bed linen, bathmats, towels (1 bath, 1 hand towel per person plus cloakroom and kitchen towels), tea towels are provided. Please provide your own beach towels and bedding for the cot. A change of linen is provided weekly for holidays of more than 1 week. All beds have a duvet and 2 pillows per person.

Access to Capeway
Capeway is accessed from a single track lane to the rear. Entry into the cottage is via a side door from the small rear courtyard into the entrance lobby and garage where there is plenty of space to store boots, wetsuits and surf boards.
There is parking for a small/medium sized car e.g. Astra, Golf in the garage (it is easiest to reverse in) and parking for 1 more car outside the property. The lane is narrow and you need to manoeuvre close alongside the rear wall. Alternatively you can park on Cape Cornwall Road nearer the village
