Geevor Tin Mine: This former working mine which closed in 1990 gives a insight into working conditions of former miners.  There are many exhibits on display including an underground tour.

Minack Theatre: Completed in 1932, this open air theatre is set on the cliffs at Porthcurno with the blue sea as a backdrop. The theatre is open from May until September.


St Michael’s Mount: Built in the 14th Century on the former site of a monastic shrine. http://stmichaelsmount.co.uk   


Lands End Experience:  Most southwesterly point on the British mainland, with views to the Longships reef and the Isles Of Scilly on a clear day.

Levant Mine Trewellard:  Cliff top mining museum with the oldest working steam engine and site of the Man-Engine tragedy of Monday 20th October 1919 when 31 miners died.

Trengwainton Garden: A 25 acre garden with views across Mount’s Bay and wonderful displays of magnolias, rhododendrons and camellias in the spring.

Porthcurno Telegraph Museum: This was the centre of international cable communications from 1870-1970 and also training college for the communications industry until 1993. It has a collection of cable station equipment with the exception of working cables.  http://porthcurno.org.uk/


Cape Cornwall Golf Club: A 5529 yard, Par 69 course, situated 0.5 m from Capeway. The course has views over Cape Cornwall, the Brisons and Porth Ledden.
